Overview of Services
Sky Property Staging provides home staging, interior styling, and furniture rental services designed to enhance the visual appeal of real estate properties for sale.
Quotes and Estimates
- Validity: Quotes provided by Sky Property Staging are valid for [e.g., 30 days] from the date of issue.
- Accuracy: Quotes are based on the information provided by the client or a site visit. If the property condition differs significantly upon our arrival (e.g., rooms are not ready), we reserve the right to adjust the price.
Booking and Payment
- Deposit: To secure a staging date, a non-refundable deposit of 25% is required.

Client Responsibilities & Property Readiness

- Utilities: Electricity and heating/cooling must be functioning.
- Occupancy: For “Vacant Staging” packages, the property should be free of other contractors (painters, cleaners) during the staging installation to prevent damage to our inventory.
Inventory and Furniture
- Ownership: All furniture, artwork, rugs, and accessories provided by Sky Property Staging remain our sole property at all times.
- Usage: The inventory is for display purposes only. It should not be used for daily living, sleeping, or by pets.
- Prohibited Items: No candles, real plants (unless provided by us), or liquids should be placed on staging furniture.
Liability and Insurance
- Damage to Inventory: The Client is responsible for any loss, damage, or theft of our inventory while it is on the property. We recommend the Client ensures their home insurance covers “contents provided by third parties.”
- Damage to Property: While we take extreme care, minor scuffs to walls or floors may occur during the moving of heavy furniture. Sky Property Staging is not liable for minor cosmetic damages incidental to the moving process.
- Indemnity: You agree to indemnify and hold Sky Property Staging harmless from any claims arising out of the use of the staged property (e.g., if a potential buyer trips over a rug).
Cancellations and Rescheduling
- Rescheduling: We require at least [e.g., 72 hours] notice to reschedule an installation.
- Cancellation:
- Cancellations made more than [7 days] before installation will receive a full refund less the deposit.
